A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
Weddings require a 50% deposit at contract signing to guarantee reservation.
Cancellations within 48 hours of service are not subject to refunds, excluding weddings.
Vehicles may be substituted to an equal or larger vehicle at the discretion of Cape Destinations.
Alcohol is allowed in any of Cape Destinations’ Sprinter Limousines, SUVs or minicoaches. No alcohol is allowed in the sedans. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed in a vehicle unless all passengers are over 21. No glass containers are allowed on any of Cape Destinations vehicles.
NO Smoking in any of our vehicles.
Cape Destinations will make every attempt to satisfy customer requests regarding drivers, but we cannot guarantee individual driver availability.
Credit card must be on file for any bachelor parties. The card will be charged if there is any damage to the vehicle or if excessive cleaning is
needed. There is a minimum charge of $400.00 if any passenger is physically ill in the vehicle.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify Cape Destinations if there has been a change in their flight information for an airport pick up.
