Upon arrival take the escalator down to the baggage claim level. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign at the bottom of the escalator.
Logan Airport Pickup Locations
Terminal A:
(Delta, Delta Shuttle, Delta Connector, Comair, Northwest, Southwest)
Please proceed downstairs to the arrivals level and exit the building through door A102. To meet your driver, please cross 3 traffic islands to proceed to the limo stand marked with limo parking signs.
Terminal B:
(Air Canada, American, Frontier, Midwest, Spirit Airlines, United, US Airways)
Please proceed downstairs to the arrivals level and exit the building. Your driver will be across the traffic lane at the parking garage in the area marked with limo signs.
Terminal C
(Alaska Air, Cape Air, JetBlue, Sun Country, Virgin America)
Effective Saturday morning, February 1, 2020
The Terminal C limousine pickup area is operating at the new location in the central parking garage.
Follow the signs to level 3 of Terminal C using the escalators or elevators. Upon reaching level 3, follow the signs and proceed through the walkway (skywalk/bridge) to the central parking garage. Take the elevator to the ground level and follow the signs to the limousine pickup area.
Terminal E
(All International Arrivals, Airtran, Porter Airlines)
Please proceed downstairs to the arrivals level and exit the building through door E104. To meet your driver, please cross 2 traffic islands to proceed to the outermost curb area on the left-hand side marked with purple limo signs
