Raphael Richter
President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The role of President and CEO has many duties, primarily though it is to look to the future of the company’s continued growth, while at the same time, be keenly aware of financial commitments and sustainability. Raphael is responsible for managing the company’s overall operations. He works closely with his core leadership team driving profitability, managing organizational structure, growth strategy, and long-term objectives. In addition to MCC, Raphael is active within the community, serving on several boards including as Vice-Chair of the Truro Finance Committee and Clerk of the Community Development Partnership. As a former Select Board member, and long-term resident of both Provincetown and Truro, MA, Raphael sets a high bar offering services for the residents of Cape Cod.
Gretchen Williams
Director of Operations – Charters and Events (DOO-CES)
In this position the DOO-CES must be fully versed in the transportation industry, and with over fifteen years in the Administration side of various large School Bus Companies, Gretchen has the skills, know how, and determination to meet the needs of the contracts between MCC and the client. She has been a dispatcher, trainer, supervisor, and manager for entities across the entire United States. She came to work at Cape Destination in Harwich in 2013, and for the past eleven years has had oversight of the school bus division, as well as leading the Charter & Event Services business unit which have flourished under her tenure. Gretchen’s breadth of industry knowledge includes a deep understanding of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training needs, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, and the Massachusetts guidelines on transportation safety.
